Demonstrated Performance is hands training, that allows you to learn at your own pace.
Students Learn It, by reading modules, reviewing reference material, and putting into practice the needed skill. Then they Do It by performing a "skill check" where they demonstrate their performance skills to the instructor. Once they pass, they can bring their newly acquired skill back to the job and Use It.
